Rental Terms and Conditions

The person renting the electric bicycles will be referred to as “customer” from here on.
All our the electric bicycles are rented in good, working condition. The customer must verify that this is the case.
The customer must use electric bicycle in the manner for which it is intended.
In the event of damage due to improper use or abuse of the electric bicycle,
the customer is liable for the damage and any necessary repairs and/or parts.
The electric bicycle must be locked with the provided lock when left unattended.
In the event of theft, the customer is liable and a fee of €1500,= will be charged.
The customer must comply with local traffic rules and regulations and is expected to participate in traffic with common sense and caution.
Although the electric bicycles are equipped with all necessary documentation and insurance, the customer is liable for any damage caused to third parties during use of the electric bicycle.
The electric bicycle must be picked up and returned at our location unless otherwise agreed.
